If you additionally need Photoshop you have to get the Photography Plan 1TB, which is double the cost. If you want to use mainly Lr: you need the 1TB or more option. Lightroom Classic provides more features for organizing your photos. Lightroom Classic stores you photos locally, while Lightroom stores your photos in the cloud. If your edits can live without camera profiles and you don't mind a clunky workaround to get your presets onto your mobile devices then maybe the new lightroom isn't that bad. Lightroom Classic has more options in the Develop Module, and more features elsewhere in the program. If you sync from LrC, you can have unlimited photos on the Cloud (as smaller smart previews), that do not count against the 20GB cloud quota.
